location: the hotel was just next door to midway between bus station as well as the lovely merida. ate at bistro cultural santiago, it's relatively close to the venue.

No complaints whatsoever, the venue exceeded high expectations, would be happy to recommend it. All the staff was exceptionally nice and pleasant, settled my issues.

Practical room with a very nice view onto sunrise over merida centro was enjoyable. The location was favourable and excellent, you can visit Centro by walking. Set in lovely area, pubs and cafés were walking distance to the hotel.

Make sure to get double room with a double bed as well as a very nice view onto sunrise over Merida Centro. The price is $ 1410. The location is good and perfect and they have parking nearby. And its around 10-15 minutes walk from downtown...

Ambassador really made our stay special. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The bellman guided us to our room, turned on the AC and TV, and even helped us connect to the WiFi. We also appreciated the convenient parking, which was included in the price. The location of the hotel was excellent, with the Grand Square, restaurants, and pubs all within walking distance. we had a fantastic experience at Ambassador.

The rooms with a very nice view onto sunrise over merida centro. Plenty of food available in the restaurant. Favourable and unbeatable location, near Casa Catherwood.

Wi-Fi was very spotty.

The location was fantastic - it was centered and excellent for exploring the area. I could easily walk to Plaza Grande and there were plenty of local food options nearby. The staff were lovely, so helpful and nice. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed, showing me to my room, turning on the AC and TV, and helping with the WiFi connection. The room itself was super big and spacious, with a luminous atmosphere and a strong, silent A/C. The bathroom had hot water with good pressure, even though I was on the top floor. The hotel also had a swimming pool and a lovely inner courtyard with huge trees. It was definitely value for money!

This place was okay and good. It had a nice little restaurant and was centrally located.

The venue is fairly clean, with favourable and excellent location close to many wonderful restaurants and coffee places, and central attractions and restaurants. Outstanding and excellent food. Renovated building and rooms with a very nice view onto sunrise over merida centro.

The room is great-sized and brand-new and essentials you need, including climate control, multi-channel television and a writing table, is right there. It has a comfy bed and a clean bathroom.

Reception staff friendly & helpful. Housekeeping works hard to keep rooms clean. Good location, 7-8 min walk to major attractions. Restaurant serves generous portions at good price. Private parking available. Nearby restaurants/bars. Close to bus station for easy access. Good breakfast.

The hotel is conveniently located near the center of town, making it easy to walk to the older part of the city with its parks and squares. The room was spacious and the staff provided quick service when there were issues with the air conditioning. Breakfast was mediocre at best, but there was a nice little pool on the grounds.

The bathroom was quite dated and could use some refurbishment.
